Digital Download Information
After completing your purchase, you will receive access to your digital product via a download link. Please ensure that you download and save your files promptly and check your spam or junk folder if you do not see our email in your inbox.
Some Apple devices may require files to be downloaded to a computer first and then transferred using Apple's file management tools. This is a device-specific limitation and not an issue with the files themselves.
Please note that download links remain active for 30 days from the date of purchase. We recommend downloading and backing up your files as soon as possible after purchase.
Digital Products Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a product has been delivered through download, access, or streaming, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
Refund requests will only be considered in the event of an accidental duplicate purchase or if a technical issue on our end prevents access to the product and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
If you experience a technical issue, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at admin@moed-ministries.com, including your proof of purchase and a description of the problem.
