Event Registrations
Important Notice: A deposit paid by you to secure your place at any event, is non-refundable should you cancel your registration. All proceeds that come from deposits go towards covering the costs of the events - like hall hire, catering, speaker’s flights and accommodation etc.
Furthermore, we reserve the right to change the dates of schools or conferences (giving reasonable notice) or cancel events that have a poor attendance. In these cases, a full refund of the registrations will be made to individuals who have paid.
Note: All sessions are recorded for all our events. If you register you automatically receive a copy of the recordings as part of your registration after the event.

HABITATION LANE EVENT BOOKING NO-REFUNDS POLICY
Thank you for choosing to register for a Habitation Lane event. Please review the following terms carefully before completing your booking.
All Event Registrations Are Non-Refundable
All payments made for a Habitation Lane event, whether for in-person or virtual are non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes full event passes, day passes, or any special event add-ons.
Why We Have This Policy
Our events involve significant planning and financial commitments. Your registration secures your place, and funds are immediately allocated toward venue costs, speaker honorariums, materials, and logistics. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstance, including personal scheduling conflicts, illness, travel disruptions, or changes in attendance plans.
In Case of Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
If Habitation Lane must cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer either a full refund or credit toward a future event.
If the event is rescheduled, your registration will automatically transfer to the new date. No refunds will be issued unless the new date is not feasible for you, in which case credit may be offered at our discretion.
Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend, you may request a name change to transfer your ticket to another person. All transfer requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before the event to admin@moed-ministries.com.
